Introduction:
Oolong tea is a product made from the leaves, buds, and stems of the Camellia sinensis plant. This is the same plant that is also used to make black tea and green tea. The difference is in the processing: Oolong tea is partially fermented, black tea is fully fermented, and green tea is unfermented.
It is produced under modernized technology of low-temperature extraction, microcapsule aroma embedding, ultra-filtration membrane filtration, reverse osmosis membrane concentration and spray drying at low temperature. It contains tea polyphenol, amino acid, protein, polysaccharide, alkaloid and many other nutrient substances.
Features:
"Tieguanyin" has delicate and strong fragrance, golden and bright color.
"Rock" has strong and meaning fragrance, pure orange color.
"Suey Sian" has strong and orchid fragrance, bright orange color.
Application:
Can be used to make Liquid oolong tea beverage, solid oolong tea beverage or in baked goods, sweets, breads, jellies, health care products and etc.
